Women writers

From famous women writers to less well-know female authors, over the centuries women have decided to take up writing and, through their essays, short stories, personal diaries, letters and novels, have created a new, sensitive perception of the human being. These women, often exceptional, decided to commit themselves to ideas, to the extent that sometimes even their own lives resembled something straight out of a novel.
