Saint-Germain-en-Laye – National Archaeological Museum
The museum exhibits approximately 30,000 archaeological items, making it one of the largest collections in
Europe. The items document human activities from prehistoric times (Paleolithic) to the Carolingian era. Its
reserves hold more than 2 million artefacts.
